*A new notice can be seen in the city of Kohlingen and at the outskirts, with the official seal of the city.*

Dear Citizens of the Holy City,

From this moment the chromatic dragon kins are no longer tolerated in the Holy City of Kohlingen regardless to their deity or their intent.
Like in the case of the devil or demon kins, the presence of the chromatic dragon kins would defile the grounds of the Holy City of the Triad and Bahamut and such a harm cannot be allowed.

With the blessings of the Lord Justicar I hereby banish every chromatic dragon kin from the grounds of the Holy City.

May the Triad watch over you all.
