To the denizens of Tarkuul,

I am calling for the assistance of learned and scholarly individuals for a research and development project which I am undertaking; I shall spare the details here, but in brief I seek to construct a device that will produce a controlled amount of negative energy, for research purposes. While I possess the necessary expertise to complete this project on my own, enlisting the aid of others will improve efficiency and may present further working opportunities. To this end, I am willing to offer my own skills and expertise in exchange for assistance. At present, I am an accomplished Necromancer, specialising further in the manipulation of negative energy, nine circles of magic firmly in my grasp. I have studied planar magic and conjuration, as well as abjurative wards associated with the aforementioned areas of magic. Among my other skills, I am capable of imbuing specially-prepared bone wands with spell charges, and have recently acquired knowledge of the construction of the so-called "Mythal Tubes". As I have little in the way of coin and my research is quite expensive, I am amenable to offering such services in exchange for gold coinage.

I seek the following individuals:
-One arcanist specialising in Divination, or at least capable of using Divination magic, who is willing to work as my primary research assistant. This individual will be fully credited for their assistance, rewarded appropriately (negotiable) and aided in their own research (if applicable). Applicants will be carefully screened to ensure a constructive working relationsip.
-Scholars, arcanists and similar individuals with whom to discuss magical theory and similar high-minded pursuits. Those with experience in imbuing enchantments into objects or planar magic specialists are most desired for my purposes but any gathering of intellectuals of appropriate temperament (presumably those who are drawn to Tarkuul) is desirable; it is my understanding, as of this writing, that the Academy of Tarkuul is inactive.
-An indiviual or many individuals who are able and willing to supply me with a large quantity of paper.
-An archaeologist or relic hunter to perform the more physical aspects of research.
