Attention Citizens of Tarkuul
As the last of the old consulate it is with a heavy heart that I inform you, the Magestri, the Living Guard and all others that I hereby tender my resignation as Consulate Member of Tarkuul.
I believe Tarkuul needs to move forward and be a new entity and as the last vestiges of the old ways I tried hard to bring this about, it has become evidently clear to me though that Tarkuul needs a fresh start.
I will continue to be a loyal subject of this city and shall never leave, I just feel that The Voice and I have done as much as we can together, it's time for a fresh start.
Continue to observe the laws of Tarkuul, continue to assist The Voice in all matters it requests.
Knowledge and Power.
