One cycle the Zanjur of Power can be seen in the streets of Nec'perya with his svirfneblin secretary trailing behind him. He would be making rounds to all the drow residences and slave owners, taking a census on the number and races of their slaves.

He seems to be particularly interested in deducing the number of svirfneblin and gnome slaves in Nec'perya.

In total there are only 19 Gnomes in the slave population of the city, and of them, 15 are Svirfs.

It seems that the Zanjur is finally roused from whatever the mage equivalent of hibernation is. Naltyrr is seen making rounds to the various owners of svirfneblin and gnomish slaves in Nec'perya, informing them that these slaves are to be released and shipped back to L'Obsul for the purposes of a greater stratagem in strengthening Nec'perya.

He of course also offers compensation for the loss of the slaves.
