Those that frequent Underport come to discover that all slave stock has largely dried up following Tarkuul's mass purchase. The Mind Flayer's numbers also appear to be thinning out on the streets though the thrall count remains as high as ever, though many seem set to the task of lugging chests bearing unknown luggage. Those entering the city by ship are able to spot the shell-like structures of magnificent Illithid Vessels half emerged from below the waves.
Something has happened/is happening/will happen in the region below Amia, and the Illithid of Underport appear to be reacting to it.
