As the owner of Barra'Velve, I wish to give your city an offer that is quite profitable for your city in order to rectify and clear up the matter between my organization and Ilharess Ussen'Dvhid. I offer in honor of the traditional ways of our people, I offer the services of Barra'Velve's sensitive jobs unit and exploration expansion. These services are not meant to be used by any one house, but for the city as a whole outside the politics, however if a house attempts to court our resources for themselves it will be business as usual with a hefty fee, but those dealings will be reported always to the Ulathtallar of the city with no charge, but as a duty to the city.

Also all shop resources like trade materials and items in our shops will be business as usual, this extends to selling information as well for individuals, but information that impacts the city will always be known to the Ulathtallar.
