Ust'Ilharess,
I was not aware of any testing regarding Ilharess Tal'Vyrae. I will need the tests given and what the results were before adding her to the Official Temple of Lolth ranking.
Until then she will most courteously be allowed into the foyer /only/ without an Officially ranked Priestess of Lolth's Temple in the City of Webs escort.

The il'haress is aware that she should report to dos or a yath'taller for testing. However, if the temple does naut have the time to perform it's duties, I will test her myself.

Actually, it is customary for the Ust'Ilharess to verify that the new Ilharess is indeed a devout of our Queen. The way this is usually done is that she is brought before the ranking Yath'tallar before given any rank in the city. Since you are forgoing that and putting someone new to the city in charge of checking out security I must point out the folly of such a thing. Since you neglected to include the Matron Mothers council in on the decision. The responsibility is yours.
I will add that should an attack upon the city happen it will be assumed that you and Ilharess Tal conspired to make it so. I will assume that you have contingency plans for such an event.
Also, just as a reminder. One starts out as Yath'abban in our Queens Temple. Acceptance or not is entirely up to the ranking Yath'tallars. Although you hold the honorary rank of Yath'tallar, you are not currently a member of the Tempe and there for are not qualified to test anyone for admittance into it. However, if you would like to change that and test for Yath'abban you are most certainly welcome.
