Early morning a Amia was visited to a rather rare sight as multiple falling stars streaked through the night air. Unlike most falling stars these travelled the night sky vertically. Witnesses around the Skull Crags and in Bendir Dale claim many of the falling stars landed near the peak of the Skull Crags and local adventurers set off at once to investigate this odd occurance.
((If you wish to do anything regarding this event such as finding one of the fallen stars, investigate a find or anything else, feel encouraged to contact me ingame or through a PM. Those with the astrologer job can make out some additional information from the sighting and no doubt certain jobs such as geology will help with inspecting any finds.))

Aaegus sits in the Hinn Inn with what he considers a well deserved ale, pondering the fist sized rock he dug out of a steaming crater on the peak of the Skull Crags. The dwarven smith looks it over in his thick hands for what sort of rock it could be. He finishes his ale, and pockets the rock to make his way back to Barak Runedar to speak with some of his hold's geologists.

Lady Amalyth spends the bulk of her afternoon in various libraries, from Winya Ravana to Kohlingen to Cordor, all the while clutching a small box under her arm. She searches for tomes on meteors and the stars in the hopes of discovering just what it was she found that morning.

The rush of adventurers looking for meteors has not been without consequences as they have left a trail of slain yeti's, wolves, spiders and giants behind them, nearly soaking the once pristine white peak with blood. Denizens of the nearby communities in Guldorand, Bendir Dale and Oakmist Vale are getting nervous about noticably increased activity and organisation on top of the mountain as the disturbed denizens seem to be getting ready for some bloody pay-back.

The giants have been beaten back/ retreated from Amia forest/ Guldorand but around Amia forest tension remains as the giants are still angry and expressive about said anger.
The road wardens caution travellers to avoid the Skull Crags especially when alone while in Guldorand engineers have started to repair the bridge. Perhaps oddly, the giants leave these engineers well alone and seem to have come to some accord with the local humans.

A fancifully-dressed moon elven lady can be seen wandering around local surface temples. She asks for experienced medics and healers from these goodly temples. To any who would listen, she would ask if they knew of any relationships between minerals and spontaneous mutation.

*Malandria spent the night fighting, and trying to negociate with giants before heading to Kohlingen to speak to several assembled there in regards of facts and theories about the rocks. Analyses had to be made... precautions aswell. It was a long night with only short rest as the chultan woman was seen place a few notes in Kampo's, Bendir Dale, Cordor, Kohlingen, The Grove, Wharftown and Guldorand even before the first sun rays were seen on the sky*
To all the people on this isle,
as many of you may know, we had an unnatural amount of meteroid drops over the Skull Crags a few days ago.
The Grove advises you to caution, as first analyses and examinations have shown that at the very least some of them have a radiation to them.
In the first stage this causes effects like a disease. Ill-feeling, dizzyness, nausea. This is the stage where a remove disease spell can still aid you. If you found one of these rocks, please seek a clearic immediately and let it be casted on you.
The later stages seem to lead to strong deformations which can if further exposed lead to death.
Do not touch these rocks with bare hands. Do not keep them too close to you without a proper container too long.
If you are undertain what to do with them you can seek me out and I can store them away safely.
We will keep you up to date with further results. Examining different samples and if they have differnt effects could be crucial to determin what they all exactly do and if they are the same or not and what future actions should be taken and why such a large amount dropped here.
Your aid is appreciated Malandria, Great Druid of Oakmist Vale
*the posters show the druidess personal seal, a panther surrounded by a large black snake*
