The normal trading day in the busy caves of L'obsul is suddenly interrupted by a group of drow almost jumping unto the ever-going cranes from the compound of a wealthy drow merchant house. Mere minutes after several massive stone slab golems come crashing through the doors on a destructive rampage against anything nearby. It took almost an hour for a full contingent of duergar to slay the last golem but not before several sections nearby the merchant house was left severely damaged. The Council of L'obsul have put out the word that the merchant house was proven to be surfacer spies and that they tried to murder Council representatives which resulted in the fighting. Finally, the Council have declared all the surfacer-sympathisers within the merchant house slain and all assets seized for the common good.

The common folk in the city are disturbed by the fact a group of surfacers managed to infiltrate L'obsul so deeply but remain satisfied that the Council swiftly dealt with the threat.

Within a group of battered and weary drow, a jade and orange clad il'haress stepped toward the bar and ordered two elf blood whiskies. She downed the first before setting the empty bottle on the bar and pouring herself into a chair to liesurely enjoy the second, by all appearance she was completely oblivious to the drying gore on her heavy armor.

Whatever thoughts swirled through her head about the items she had turned over to the council or their meaning were hers alone.
