Those making the journey to the top of the Skull Crags would notice that there's been a far heavier snowfall that normal for the area recently. Onlookers have said that a massive storm recently raged about the peak. Those journeying within the cave near the summit would be met with a strange sight: it looks as though a battle has been fought: smashed barricades, traces of blood, melted and burned rock, and other signs are everywhere. Going deeper in, towards the base some groups had been known to frequent there, one would find the tunnels completely collapsed, as though some sort of demolition had been done. It would seem that those who made their home at the peak of the mountain are now sealed inside....

Arzira Phetoril, feeling genuinely bitter, shakes her head slightly, as she walks the streets of Tarkuul. She would have to get used to her new home.

She begins to think to herself.

No...some wounds are too big to recover from. They've not only crippled our base, but also our main method of communication in the process. We...had a good run. But it seemed like, as most followers of Kossuth are, we were flame that was bright and intense, yet just as quick to burn out.

She sighed, leaning against one of the buildings. She places her head against the wall and closes her eyes.

Valkin will eventually realize. This is it. The end. There will be no 'new chapter'.

She looks down into her pocket, holding the glass tube filled with a white powder. Her new drug addiction.

Hells.

She chuckles a bit to herself, her entire body swaying some, and succumbs to her craving.

The Khazark falls to her knees, arms hugging her body, broken.

Watching from the shadows, well hidden, Arziras First Knight sighs. She watches as Arzira enhales the white powder, and immediatly frowns. Mika shakes her head, and walks away from the broken, and seeming weak Khazark, she thinks to herself where Czarina may be, and decides to seek her out. She thinks to herself as she leaves... Why the homeland would send a Khazark with no head for trade, or diplomacy, I'll never know. I only hope that she didnt ruin it for the rest of us who -dont- want to kill the entire damnable isle.

After quite some time, Mika goes to the side of Arzira, and kneels down with her

The Horsemen marched unfettered to there goal, the total anhilation of the Enclave that had continued to seek to practice slavery and go against the warnings posted across the isle. The Horsemen said they were going to do something about it and thats exactly what they did. Once they descended down into the mountain peak they marched forward, tirelessly there expressions showed the drive of one common resolve decimation of those that would oppose peace and order and more importantly Horsemen Law. After delving deep and even deeper into the mountain they were halted by barricades, it seemed someone leaked news of there attack, no matter. The Horsemen had their goal and the means to reach it being a force of great numbers. First they attacked the barricades with a bombardment of spells destroying each one after the other as seemingly unstoppable they continued to press on. The Horsmen lured some of the lesser battle savvy defenders to there swift and decisive doom as they with no tact or order charged into oblivion. On further they pressed forward as they slayed any in there tracks. This wasn't a checkpoint this was war and no quarter would be given. Further they fought there pace unyielding as they advanced. Eventually they descimated most of the wizards that defended the Enclave.

As they reached the Enclaves front door, shouts could be heard "Blow it now!!", the shouts echoed in the the highly acoustic cavern walls. The Horsemen heard such looking among there ranks in curiosity and another shout was given that seemed to have some cryptic meaning, "Activate the fail safe!!" Not long after that last shout was uttered there was a large burst of flames, the caverns started to shake and huge stalagtites fell from the ceiling not only massive rocks but an inferno had started to push them back. Unwavered they killed more wizards as they looked for a way out. One of the Horsemen Generals most would know as Legion gathered the troops shouted, "fallback!!", and had them carry any prisoners they were able for interogation, some later to found to be Banites. However the other General, Praetoria, with Death charging alongside, holding rank of Captain, rushed in further ultimately to there own demise but making sure none others of the enclave lived either, taking them down with there final breath. Legion sent Spite, one of their newest regulars, to try and rescue any others that had fallen. Most rushed back to where is was moderately safe and ported to the logjammer, an old haunt of the Horsemen and a pre-planned rendevous point in the event of seperation. What few corpses of wizards and banites they could carry with them for interogation was taken as well.

They waited for what seemed like an eternity for their fallen commrades. During such time several adventurers dropped in to the now crowded inn and was informed of what happened. One particular individual said there was an avalanche about to hit Guldorand, a result from the ground shaking and rumblings from the caves below, no doubt, was Legion's suspicion. There was also a storm brewing over head, a massive blizzard evoked by the wrath of Auril and her followers known to most as the White Guard, intent on burying the enclave once and for all entombed in inpenatrable snow head deep in some points.

A near half a day had past, then finally, Spite ported into the Logjammer having packs in tow with him, some having what looked to be burned and crushed remains of limbs hanging out of them. No sooner did Spite arrive, Legion gave the order to port out, as she had no intention of being there when the avalanche hit. "Damn wizards are going bring down the whole damn mountain!", she whispered to herself in hushed tones as she shook her head. "Horsemen....to me!!", as some have heard the common order she had been known to shout. A seperate order was also given to another Horsemen called Doom to take the prisoners back to the base for interogation. With the fallen in the packs they carried, she took out her wand waved it and ported the rest safely to Triumvir, where they used the league ports to make there way to the Temple of the Salandran, who in the past they had aided against would be attackers. Once they arrived they took the charred remains of there commrades to a priestess that was there. She was able to tend to there wounds and without much effort, save possibly a couple of powerful prayers, the priestess had them completely restored as they slept off the exhausting day in the recovery wing in beds that was for that very purpose. Horsemen casualties were nil, save for some minor pains that were slow to pass reaching on into the next few days. The White Guard went to the temple as well to check on there friends and allies to see if they were alright, to their relief all were fine. Once assured as to the full recovery of those that had fallen, the rest of the Horsemen ported back to the base.

Upon arriving at the base Legion immediately went downstairs to be briefed on what Doom was able to ascertain concerning there captives. Doom reported such to Legion, then all was dismissed upstairs, save Death, the recovering Horsemen Captain. She ordered him to torchure them and drop there bloodied remains in the lava pits of U'dos Drux'un. The task was completed. No longer would the isle face the threat of the enclave slavers. Horsemen's justice was swift, severe and unrelenting. Today would be told of a great victory for the entire isle. The day was won and it belonged solely to the Horsemen.

*rumors of these events slowly makes it's way by word of mouth across the isles entirety, told by adventurers and bards alike*

*Forestsong hears the rumors and looks up to the sky rubbing her temple*

"Seldarine, did they even look for other slaves still held before they forced the Red Wizards to destroy half the mountain? I admit they got the job done, but a little more tact could have been used."

*Forestsong enters the temple complex in Winya to check on the blind Tel'Quessir slave of the Red Wizards she had rescued, the scars on the slaves body still evident*

"I would rather die then be a slave so perhaps it's a small mercy, but there had to be other options..."

Eventually the rumours of the assault itself getting back, Tuomas sighed, bowing his head.

~I am sorry. In spite of our conflicting idealogies, I am sorry that my information was not convincing enough for you to find another tack that might've preserved the lives of your comrades.~ he thought, before continuing to work on copying a document he had been copying for some time, the designs in it complicated.

*Calin looks at the destruction and shakes his head*

"Job done, but with about as much tactical thinking as throwing a rock at a cliff face. I would not call that a good example of warfare. Unfortunatly, this will not improve the Horsemens reputation with people, infact, I imagine in Guldorand it will simply make them less popular. Some people shouldn't be given armies to command, espically if they lack the skills to command them...That was not an honourable fight."

*He spits on the ground and turns quickly, his cloak fluttering behind him in the cold mountain air*

*With the rumours of this vicious battle on the peaks of her beloved mountain, Greta shudders at the thought of war spreading further down to her peoples camp. She runs to the great hall of her Lord Hallstein and gives him the news just incase he hasn't heard.*

"We should be cautious after these events. Our camp may have survived long enough by being well hidden and uninvolved in outsiders affairs, but that may soon change after this."

*First the Banites claimed our land as theirs and now this. Greta looks up from the camp grounds up towards the blizzard at Skull Crags peak and shudders, she takes out Gertrude, her trusty sword, dons her Maedulselde armour and heads up there to patrol.*
