Say you pay for a house to rent in Cordor, decorate it and give keys out to PC's. Then relocate to another city. Will they still be able to access said Abode? Or RP Wise, new location, new locks? How is this handled?

In the past, I have had layouts transfer even between servers when I moved to a different location with a character with housing.

Yeah, I think you get a widget to the floor plan you create. Was wondering how the keys work when given out to other PC's. Is it mechanical and any city you rent a House they have access as well, or Rp wise can you say those are null and void?

The keys should be bound to the widget/PC Key. So if you hand out a key to someone, any house you own after that will be accessible to that person.
