That is because the server has reached its limit of kobold characters. There's so many of them running around these days, and they all look the same...and they smell, and when they grin, they think it's cute, but it really makes them look like they're constipated. I'm sorry, I wish I had real advice for you, I push buttons, and my dude does things. But welcome to the server!

Your kobold has to be "male" in order to use the dynamic model. If you are a female kobold, it doesn't work. If this isn't your problem, I don't know what else.

Now, on a more serious note, you have to be mechanically male in first place to use the dynamizer, and in the other, sometimes it just fails to work. Try to use it in both servers, and if that still doesn't work, snatch a DM IG. Extra points if you make a horse pun when you do.

Could be a ghost in the machine, we'll have to get the police to fix it. If you think you're going about it in the correct procedure, there could be a problem. A DM will likely look into it. But due to the recent trend in kobolds, it may not be the machine.

Honestly, I have yet to see this thing work, even if you do everything right. Seems like every new kobold that we've seen come in always needed to ask a DM for help, at which point they got some help to use the "Koboifier" NPC in that cool inaccessible room. Which works! (And quite well, too. I'm still regularly impressed by the dynamic model. That thing's neat.)
That said, since it's such a widespread issue with new characters, I wonder why we haven't just replaced the NPC with the Koboifier by now? It certainly qualifies as "bugged" at this point. Might be best to just cut out the middleman, replace the NPC with the working one, and give the DMs one less thing to worry about. Maybe?

This is on the list to fix.
We will now make a temporary "fix" and just move the old kobofier in the species room until we managed to fix the new PLC.
Sorry for the delay, the bug report sadly got drowned because I accidentally posted it in a thread where not all designers look at regularly.
Fixed that now and hope it gets in in one of the next updates as a temporary solution until we manage to fix the new device.
Thanks for your patience a few more days.
