My wand on this character seems to be not properly working. The default portal to Wiltun/underdark/whatever does not show and another slot won't show. Clicking on those empty slots teleports me to the other server starting area. Upgrading the wand did not fix this but I was able to fill out the slots. (Minus the first one)
