I get a 'Connection Error: Could not translate address' message when I try to log on. Any suggestions?

make sure there isn't an illegal character in there, like a space somewhere, and make sure you manually type the address.

Barring that, flush your dns cache.

Open a command prompt, and type:

ipconfig /flushdns
