Hello Amia~

I've had a idea on the back of my head sense before I first started Amia with Nicholas Frost or when I progressed to HoJo.

I really want to make a Druid of Eldath. Reasons why are for you guys to find out ICly, but OOCly I've got two particular builds I really want to try out. They'd work great for a Druid, because, well, they're Druid builds!

1. Human [Aasimar], Wisdom Focused (Heavily), Druid (28) / Ranger (1). This build ends with Greater Spell Focus: Necromancy, Conjuration, Enchantment, Divination, Abjuration and one Epic Spell Focus. No Epic Spells, but Great Wisdom (Until max) +2 Wisdom from Aasimar.

2. Human, Wisdom Focused (Heavily), Druid (29) / Ranger (1). This build ends with Epic Dragon Knight (EDK), Dragon Shape, and a lot of Wisdom. I considered throwing in Aasimar, but for Caraigh may not be too smart.

I really want a build that'll fuck up Undead. (Weird, right?)

Any comments on either 1 / 2? Any ideas that would better suit a Druid of Eldath?

Some more stuff when I'm home, but if you want a druid build to fight undead, most of these spell foci are not going to help and you are missing one of the most important ones: evocation. The only spells druids have at their disposal (other then the heal spells from the conjuration line)that are particularly good against undead are evocation spells. (Sunbeam and sunburst).

Which one, Tart, do you think fits a Eldath one best?

for actual builds, this is the dragon one I send people when I get asked.

Class Race Druid(28), Ranger(1), Monk(1), Mulan

Abilies STR: 8
DEX: 7
CON: 12
WIS: 19 (30)
INT: 16
CHA: 8

30 Mulan: (Quick to Master, Strong Soul)

Dr 28: Druid(27): WIS+1, (WIS=30)
M 29: Monk(1): {Cleave, Evasion, Improved Unarmed Strike, Stunning Fist}
Dr 30: Druid(28): Epic Spell: Mummy Dust, Dragon Shape

personally though I don't think eldath is a suitable god for an undead purger, due to pacifism and peace being core to her domain, but you follow the druid code not her code, so it won't really be as relevant.

same way as you fall as a druid for chillin with undead, even if you follow a deity that allows undead and druids (Auril), I think you would be ok fighting whatever as a druid of eldath because you're on the 'druid' code, but I still think it's a funky choice to make a druid of a peace god for the express intent of "fucking up undead."

for builds though know that you have to have 30 wisdom before you hit the level that you would take dragon shape on. you cannot get great wisdom v (putting you to 30 wis) and dragon shape same level. it won't let you.

The concept behind the character is in no way meant for "fucking up Undead". The character will be placed in Caraigh, however, and will be faced with Undead. Undead is pratically the only thing Eldath Druids are allowed to PvM. Thus, there is logic in behind building towards Undead. But the first build I listed alone is weak in all aspects, and is meant for RP (having spell focus in 90% of the schools).

pacifism doesn't extend to undead, and eldath is explicitly a druid god, and her druids are expected to be pacifistic.

Righto, back from work and as promised, more on the topic! Imho an Eldathian should absolutely be a conjurer, given that they are supposed to be healers, therefore and especially with the changes to the healing line spells, this should definitely be included. Incidentially, conjuration and evocation also make out a large chunk of druid spells. So for this purpose I propose the following build. Some stuff could be fiddled with, for example the points in Dex and Cha could be shuffled to either con or int to get another +1 to fort, some hp and skillpoints. It also has two epic summons, also something that could be potentially changed for something else (could be replaced by an ESF: Spot or theoretically also Hellball, but dunno, a Hellballing Eldathian seems kinda odd to me.)
Generally though, this build should work out alright, you get all the elemental and animal shapes, a pretty strong companion and decent DCs on your spells, all fairly well fitted to fight undead!
