So decided I wanted to try something different and made a goblin monk who is now level 7.

Starting stats(after racial modification):
Str: 11
Dex 19(20 with lvl 4)
Con: 10
Int: 12
Wisdom: 14
Charisma: 6

Skill wise I have been using all my points towards Discipline, Heal, Hide, Move Silently and Tumble.

Feats: Blind Fighting, Weapon Finesse(So my dex applies for my Unarmed Strikes instead of Str) and dodge I think.

So everything I am reading my best bet is 24 monk and 6 sd so I can get epic dodge. Anyone care to help me build this character?

It looks like you're off to a really good start.

A good bet for most "standard" sneakimonkis is 21 Monk/6 SD/3 Rogue or Assassin (Or alternatively 20 Monk/ 4 Fighter/ 6 SD

My suggestion for you moving forward in terms of feats would be:

9 Weapon Focus: Unarmed Strike
12 Mobility
15 Toughness
18 Improved Critical: Unarmed Strike
21 Epic Weapon Focus: Unarmed Strike
24 Armor Skin (Or whatever suits your fancy)
27 Epic Dodge
30 Epic Fortitude (Or whatever suits your fancy)

In terms of Level progression, Nab 4 SD pre-epic, then take levels 5 and 6 SD at ECL 21 and 22 Respectively. And take your Rogue or Assassin Levels at any point in epics, so long as your last level is monk.

I'd recommend nabbing 17 (modified 15) UMD in your case, as it lets you use all scrolls/Wands
Other than that you should be gucci.

Just don't take Circle kick. Ever.

I found that 10 total UMD, so 12 in your case... is sufficient for wands and scrolls... unless I'm wrong, but... have a char with that and uses them!

So if I decide on 6sd and 4 fighter I wont get UMD. Also if I go that route do I prioritize the 4 levels of fighter before 20(I am thinking 16, 17, 18, 19) or 4 levels of SD first? How important is UMD tbh? I am more inclined to go sd/fighter route tbh.

You can absolutely live without UMD entirely. It just makes your life a little easier

As for how to prioritize:

It depends on if you want Epic Weapon Spec or not
if you take all 4 Fighter levels before epic, you'll get an extra attack per round, with +2 Consistent damage in the form of Weapon Spec. (Which is a feat available on a certain belt, btw!)

But, if you took the fighter levels in epics, however, you'd get a couple of bonus epic feats
Fighter 1: Epic Weapon Focus
Fighter 2: Armor Skin
Fighter 4: Epic Weapon Spec (need to take regular weapon spec)

take four fighter pre epic and dont get weapon specialization
you get that feat from a monk belt that gives +2 dex and +2 wis

Pretty much. That monk belt is... I believe Abyss gear, and really good. I think it has freedom on it as well? so, +4 ability in total, weapon spec, freedom, and weapon spec. You're basically going to wear that belt anyway. The other epic belt you might want to use is the belt of agility, which is +4. So, still +4 ability (four in dex, but that generally doesn't really matter, you want high dex and wis anyway) and freedom. I wouldn't say no to a free feat on top.
The next worry of relying on gear is that it'll be removed at some point. I highly doubt that, in the case of that particular build, but even then, a single feat swap is a free rebuild anyway. So even if it was removed, you could use it while it still lasts, and get a new belt and a free rebuild to get one more feat.

(Aka, listen to Akhlys)

We're happy with the state of the belt so no stress about that, it's literally the absolute upper limit to what we put on the belt and it's been in that store for a long long time.

So I am currently level 7 monk 3 fighter. I am out fighting creatures of medium size like swamp trogs and their size. I was under the impression my damage on mediums at 7 monk is 1d8? My damage on my character sheet is showing 1d6, and i never hit about 7 damage(6 for fights, 1 sonic)....so I am confused here?

As a 'small' creature, your damage type will be calculated a little differently.

While a medium-sized monk's unarmed damage will be 1d8 at level 7, a small creature's is 1d6.

As a small creature, your unarmed strike damage will cap at 2d6 instead of 1d20.

So I guess I might have screwed this up....not sure if needed these feats so if someone can tell me if I do...

Ambidexterity and Two-Weapon Fighting

I also forgot I wasn't supposed to take weapon spec Unarmed Strike and did...

Ambidex and TWF do nothing for Unarmed, sadly <.<
