I'm looking for locations where the church have a permanent church/holy site/bastion or whatever which is Canon.
These are all the canon churches I have found so far. Are there more?

Marked the churches on a map, too

You just copy-pasted the sources from the forgotten realms wiki! And the point of asking is to avoid browsing ..30+ sourcebooks

You should have known I would do it, so blame yourself. I'll check the books I have when I get home.

Since kelemvor is so interlocked with the church of Jergal it would not surprise me if they share the same holy sites and temples, too.

Major Centers of Worship: The only major center of Kelemvorite worship thus far is the Tower of Skulls in Ormath, an abbey built as a ziggurat whose walls are carved with a stone facing in the shape of staring human skulls. Its spiral ways are roamed by mysterious guardian creatures that resemble will o' wisps. The resident clergy, commanded by the High Lord Doom Bezurgathan Indraeyan, can muster a capable army of battle-hardened clerics wielding magical items to defend the abbey. Vast cellars reaching down to an underground river for water and into caverns in which edible fungi are grown underlie the Tower. The priests make potent amber wine and various perfumes, unguents, and potions for sale from the fungi they raise.

These guys are creepy..

Yeah. He's .. I mean wtf? Why would you take such a form? The gods take the forms they want and he chooses ... that ...

Anyway? Can we identify any other sites of worship then those marked on the map?

Bezantur in Thay is a given. But keep in mind Kelemvor has been a good for.. well since DR 1368. not much has been done since then. Most likely the temples around are refurbished ones from Jergal, Myrkul and Cyric.

There are temples dedicated to Jergal here;
    Godswalk Keep (Barony of Great Oak, Border Kingdoms)
    The Crypt of Imminent Death (Bezantur)
    The Sahalarka (Calimport)

Do you think any of them have any prominent kelemvorite followers? ( beside Calimport. )

Bezantur is a trade capital in Thay and is known as the city of a thousand temples. Written info however suggests Jergal is more popular than 15 year old Kellie. Probably since one zulkir is a pretty badass lich and the large undead army they keep at hand.

The longer Myrkul stays dead, the more of his old temples are going to convert to the new god of death. WotC has long since stopped updating its 3rd Edition timeline, but maybe look for temples of Myrkul in cities where the prevailing alignment doesn't seem to lean evil? Those guys might plausibly have gone Kelemvorite by now.

I agree with Liz. But for consistency stick with the known sources. The Tower of Skulls is cool enough as it is and whatever fits into the EO lore is likely thrown out ass first from that place :p
