- What does Maladomini appear as? (I think Tormak mentioned fiery in the old lore topic)
- Has the Rider Beyond created any special landmarks such as a palace, city, punishment pit, etc?

I will defer to Bobo since he is the current Rider DM but he has givne his stamp to this general Rider info that I'll post here again for relevancy.
~
The Rider Beyond's Domains (though his cults are incredibly few and far between, he has the capability to grant spells, via Asmodeus, like all Archdevils):
Evil Law War Tyranny Dream Hatred
~
The Rider Beyond's followers tend to be split up into two distinct groups, the overt and the covert.
The Covert use the Rider Beyond's relative unknown status to seed him as a defender of those who cannot defend themselves. The Rider's followers indebt the innocent to their cult as much as possible, through aid (such as slaying nearby monster tribes and creating defensive fortifications) making it impossible for them to wrench free of their iron grip. By the time they realize it, if they do at all, it's far too late to remove them from politics and military, making the Rider Beyond dominant in the area and securing souls.
The Overt fight battles and wars in his name, and take the fight directly to the Rider's greatest foes, who already know who and what he is and are thus unable to be swayed by the Covert's manipulations. Outside of the Hells, the Rider Beyond finds himself most at odds with most Good aligned gods, as well as Tempus and The Red Knight, both of whom find the Rider Beyond detestable for his approach to War, much like Bel in the First Layer. Unlike Bel, the Rider Beyond is much more concerned with the Prime Material, and Bel often petitions the Rider for aid if he requires something done there.
The Rider is allied with:
Asmodeus (Martinet and Asmodeus helped arrange his victory. What the Lord of the Ninth has planned for him is uncertain.) Bel (The Rider and the Lord of the First find companionship in both being Devils that arose to their rank through military might, and together they fight the brunt of the Blood War.) Glasya (Due to the alliance with Asmodeus, his daughter, Lady of the Sixth, freely aids.)
The Rider is neutral with:
Dispater (The Paranoid Metal Lord distances himself from most all hellish politics. Dispater has respect for the Rider due to slaying Baalzebul, his hated foe, but still remains distant.) Fierna (The staunch ally of Glasya and daughter Lady of the Fourth is neutral towards the Rider, out of respect for her father and friend's alliance.) Mephistopheles (An alliance with Asmodeus makes the burgeoning Lord of the Eight annoyed, but for now he is willing to overlook this due to his slaying of Baalzebul, much like Dispater.)
The Rider is foes with:
Mammon (Mammon is truly allies with no one. The Rider despises his treacheous nature.) Belial (The father Lord of the Fourth finds himself irritated at anther Layer being taken from him, and by one friendly to Asmodeus no less, strengthening the alliance that Fierna is nurturing with Glasya and her own father at the expense of Belial's grip on Phlegethos.) Levistus (The Frozen Prince of the Fifth hates Asmodeus, and his cadre of allies who continue to benefit from the Lord of the Ninth's covert manuevers.)

Maladomini is still mostly composed of ruins, lava, fire, etc. The Rider Beyond's activities have mostly focused around stamping out resistance and strengthening his hold on the plane. For the most part, much of the plane is unchanged.
Malagard, the city which housed the Palace of Filth, is where much of the reconstruction has been focused. The great spires, long falling into disrepair, have been mostly removed as well as the Palace itself. The city resembles less of a city and more of a military compound. There are great walls and gates, towers and other fortifications. Plane shifting directly into Malagard is disabled. There are camps and barracks within Malagard's compound, but one of the most prominent features is a massive stable which houses many powerful Nightmares. These are used by The Rider's elite soldiers. It's almost like a devilish Rohan. The Rider Beyond lacks a truly extravagant palace or mansion, instead operating out of a (comparatively) humble fortress. It has a private stable where he has his personal mounts. Rumors abound that he's working on his own true creation to ride into battle.
Like Tormak said, The Rider Beyond contributes in earnest to the Blood War, both for esteem and to keep his soldiers well practiced, but also because he revels in military victory. He's very thuggish in that sense. The Rider's mounted soldiers tend to be regular sights around the plane as he cracks down. He tends to rely a lot on Malebranche, narzrugon and mortal servants to fill out his patrol groups.

Dogma: Quote: Sleep is when prey is weak, and it is in dreams that He Who Rides strikes. Nightmares are the realm of the Rider Beyond, but the battlefield is home as well. Strike hard and fast to bring fear to enemy ranks. Prize overwhelming force over finesse. Show mercy and compassion to the downtrodden, for these will become your most dedicated soldiers, but assert your strength to discourage insubordination. Treat traitors with lethal prejudice. Remember that guile and deception are just as important as warfare.
